Lamp's Review:
This old Minor Threat demo has no new material (most of the songs were
on the first vinyl release they had), but I'd say it's still a good
item to collect. Most of the songs don't sound much different, maybe
a little rougher around the edges at times, but the tracks are still
solid. The little sleeve inside the vinyl holder has a note that says
the reasons why the band went to record the new demo a month later are
now forgotten. I doubt much would have been different if this was
released instead, but I still recommend it. And my copy is on a cool
purple vinyl. And yes, this is also available on CD, so if you don't
have a record player, you can still check it out.
