Lamp's Review:  South Florida's Into The Moat explode onto the scene of technical hardcore with their initial EP release, which breaks new ground.  The band plays very well together for being in their early stages, with songs that flow well.  All the riffs sound well going into each other, an improvement on some of the earlier technical hardcore bands who were looked down on by critics for having songs that sound like someone cut up parts of lots of different songs and pasted them into one.  The drums shatter, the guitar riffs are consistent, and the bass does a good job of keeping up.  Another notable is Earl, who has incorporated more than one scream into the vocal work going from a low death sounding voice to a higher, grindier sounding scream.  All in all, a fantastic first recording that leaves you wanting more.
