Uncle Meat's Review:
Apparently deciding that 1999’s self titled release was too warm and fuzzy, the
Hypocrisy gents went back and did what they did best. A fast unapologetic heavy album.
Now don’t let me lead you to believe that this is a total romp. There are a few quiet moments,
Resurrected and Deathrow (No Regrets) come to mind, but nothing like on
Hypocrisy, which is the main problem. Instead of trying something new, they went back to what they were doing before.
Not necessarily a negative, but why do it when others are out there doing it
better? Hypocrisy have become a third rate version of themselves.
