Uncle Meat's Review:
After 2000’s Supernatural Addiction, Deceased return with a new album (e.p.).  Three new songs along side four covers.  I’m not too familiar with the covers so I can’t compare/contrast to the originals, but I will say that the songs are all Deceased.  As for the new songs, both It’s Alive and The Mausoleum have the Deceased death metal/thrash feel.  Some parts even hint to a little punk influence, and judging by the choices of covers, this is not a far out concept.  Victims Of The Master Plan, about the Robin Hood Hills murders, starts out like the first two songs.  Hard fast, almost punk.  After almost six minutes there is an interlude , which sounds like something from Nine Inch Nails.  Then the song changes to a more mellow riff while Adams/Smith solo for what is almost three minutes.  The disc also contains a video for Elly’s Dementia
