Lamp's Review:
This is a good short sample of what Capitalist Casualties are like with
their newer sound.  This 6" contains a more punk sound, the songs are
not as fast as they used to be (possibly because of their new drummer),
but the songs rock just as hard.  Side A has two short little ditties
filled with more of the dual-vocal/fast guitar playing we've come to
know from these guys.  On the back is the title track Planned Community,
one of the most drawn out songs Capitalist Casualties have done to
date.  The lyrics wouldn't even fit on one half of the lyrics side of
the sheet included with the vinyl packaging, and they're written in
pretty small print, too.  The vast diversity of riffs keeps you listening
while the song is played soulfully enough to get into it.  If you're
into crust punk and you don't have much money to spend, this one's
definitely a keeper.
