Shev's Review:
As another EP to compliment their self-titled full-length, "D.F.F." is a decent release but doesn't quite stack up to their "SixSixSixteen" EP.  In an effort to point out the painfully obvious, Blood Duster released this one for the song "Drink Fight Fuck", one of the more rock-oriented tunes on the full-length.  As could be expected, the EP contains less Blood Duster-style grind and more Blood Duster-style easily accessible rock.

In all honesty, the only reason to even buy something like this is for the songs "Ornery Hornery" and their cover of The Dwarves' "Let's Fuck".  If you don't own the self-titled release, "Drink Fight Fuck" is also a great song, but how many people will even bother to hunt down a relatively obscure EP but not pick-up the full-length that can be purchased at just about any Best Buy?  Everything else is relatively bland, especially their brain-scrambling interlude of noisy feedback that just sounds like a really bad one-man noise project.

No doubt this is Blood Duster's trademark Anthemicgrindrock, but the running time is very short once you take out all the bullshit and samples.  We're only talking like five or six minutes, but I haven't actually done the math.  It has some good material, but not the overall awesome content on SixSixSixteen.  Probably still worth the price tag for Blood Duster fans, but even myself being a pretty big Blood Duster fan, find this EP collecting dust.
